1. All prize draws are provided by PINOY SERVICES LTD (“PSL”) of Suite 19-20, Network Business Centre, 329-339 Putney Bridge Road, Putney, London, SW15 2PG.
2. This competition is featured in a number of websites, email newsletters or printed advertisements owned by PSL and tne winner will be selected from all entries received.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. All new susbcribers to ONE PHILIPPINES Newspaper will automatically be entered in the raffle draw. Non-subscribers should fill up the raffle draw form found on this site.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
6. Employees (and their families) and agents of PSL are not eligible and may not enter.
7. Entries are made by filling in the appropriate online or printed form. No more than one entry may be made by any individual in each prize draw and nor may any e-mail address be used more than once in any prize draw. Entries including false details will be disregarded as will any that are automated or mechanically made. Entries must be submitted within the advertised time limits. PSL reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds.
8. Entrants agree that by entering a prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by PSL for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for marketing and sending offers and other information. PSL may also pass entrants’ details to selected third parties to use for the same purposes, but always strictly in line with its privacy policy and any opt in boxes that entrants have ticked. Please read the privacy policy carefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.
9. The winner's names in respect of any prize draw will be available from PINOY SERVICES LTD (“PSL”) of Suite 19-20, Network Business Centre, 329-339 Putney Bridge Road, Putney, London, SW15 2PG, provided a SAE is enclosed.
10. There is no right to a cash or other alternative to the stated prize. However, PSL reserves the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable. Only one prize may be awarded per household for each prize draw. Winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes (and monthly line charges in the case of the iPhone. It does not include any airtime and the winner may be obliged to use a selected service provider in line with the conditions of purchase as required by Apple International or their UK distributor).
11. The winner of each prize draw shall be selected at random by computer. There is no minimum or maximum number of entrants for any prize draw. The chances of any particular entrant winning a prize draw depend on the total number of entrants for that draw. Winners may be notified by phone, e-mail or post. PSL may disqualify a winner if it has not managed to contact such winner within seven days of its first attempt to do so. PSL may then select an alternative winner.
12. PSL has the right to take photographs of prize draw winners and to use those photographs and the names and images of such winners to publicise online, in e-mails and through any other media its prize draws and other products. Individuals should not enter prize draws if they do not agree to this.
13. PSL may suspend or terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which grounds may include without limitation a prize draw (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.
14. To the extent permitted by law, PSL, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to PSL hereby expressly exclude:
    • All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity;
    • Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with any prize draw or any entry.
15. As a condition of your entry into any prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.
16. The draw will take place on 31/12/2008 (during end of business day).
